Under the Sea?

This picture was taken at the EFF in Arcen, the Netherlands last weekend and is among, if not my favorite picture of the weekend.
This mermaid was very much in role throughout the entire fair, never talking, walking (his legs were bound by the fine so that would have been rather difficult)
