Summer Vacation - New direction
I've been "free" since somewhere around the 20th of May and it is now the 4th of August. By the time i go back to school it will be around the 30th of August and that will mean about 3 months of vacation. That is rediculously long by just about anyone's standards. For the most part i have not been up to anything significant, just fooling around having a good time and enjoying spending my time on things i actually want to do. One of these events was witnessing the tour de france in rotterdam. I saw the prologue and a part of the first stage the day after. Queens Day 2010
After many very stressful weeks we had a bit of a break with last friday being queens day. This is a dutch celebration of the former queens birthday where pretty much everyone dresses in orange. There are always plenty of things to do and quite a few concerts as well. This year in Middelburg (where i live) The dutch Royal family came. Alright I finally finished my first semester at university and managed to pass all of my subjects with pretty good grades. Which feels pretty good after working my ass off for quite a while. The last two-three weeks in particular were tough when we had to chew out several papers exams portfolios as well as keep up with the reading for the classes in between.

On another note i just had a photoshoot with the photo committee here at RA. The theme was Mafia. I ended up using rear curtain flash in the majority of my shots, so you should be seeing a blog entry about that soon and some shots.
My mood emoticon is being a pain in the butt. I'm not actually bewildered but it wont let me change it :/
